Ivana OMAZIC, Modern at CÉLINEIvana was born in Zagreb, Croatia, May 14, 1973. She grew up with two siblings another sister and brother in a close family unit. At the age of 5, Ivana visited her aunt Franca, in London, who created costume clothes for English aristocrats and celebrities in cinema. Thru her aunt’s closets, she became obsessed with hats, jewellery, clothes and shoes and was then hooked to fashion. From that early age, she was determined to pursue her life in fashion. It was her dream to work and study fashion at European Institute of Design in Milan and excelled in all areas of design from graphics to photoshop to the touch of fabrics and materials. An avid reader, she loves books and finds inspiration from digital technology of “Playstation” and “Letratool” to create visually exciting graphics and prints. Besides Ivana’s interest in fashion, Ivana enjoys sports, winter-skiing and summer-swimming, and an occasional sky diving for greater heights. As an optimist, she accepts great challenges with enthusiasm and rigor. “CELINE has shown me that the house has the best wishes to succeed, and I want to create a new recognizable identity for CELINE that’s feminine and modern.” Farouk CHEKOUF  ALEXANDER MCQUEENAlexander McQueen was born in London on March 17th 1969, the youngest of six children.
